Job Summary
Construction Project Manager
Dayton MN Direct Hire $100k - $125k
Konik is partnered with a growing construction company that is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. This position offers strong benefits bonus potential and a company vehicle allowance.
Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of project delivery from handoff through closeout
Maintain positive relationships with clients subcontractors and internal staff
Lead estimating bid procurement and project buyout activities
Manage contracts RFIs and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
Develop and maintain project schedules and forecasts
Review and process submittals shop drawings and related documentation
Monitor project budgets costs and quality standards
Prepare and present reporting including forecast at completion
Ensure smooth and timely project closeout processes
Construction Project Manager Requirements:
Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Strong knowledge of estimating procurement contracts and scheduling
Experience leading subcontractor and vendor coordination
Ability to manage budgets costs and reporting effectively
Strong communication and client relationship skills
