Hiring a dynamic leader with exceptional organizational and people skills for the vital Assistant Director role. Experience in preschool OCFS regulated daycare inclusion setting and administrative role preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities of Daycare Assistant Director Job:
- Responsible for all program operations and ensure that they support the philosophy of the organization.
- Recruit orient supervise train and develop the team. Ensure a positive team atmosphere.
- Develop and regularly monitor systems to ensure all quality assurance practices; regulatory agency requirements; timely and comprehensive child and family intake; meeting concerns and needs of participating families.
Skills - Assistant Daycare Director
The skills the candidate must possess for success in this position are excellent written and oral communication skills customer-focused attitude ability to multitask and have a proven track record managing a childcare center or preschool knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent computer skills and experience managing staff. The ideal candidate also has knowledge of preschool and childcare licensing regulations.
