About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized anddetail-oriented IT Project Managerto lead the end-to-end execution of complex technology projects. This rolerequires strong project management skills the ability to coordinatecross-functional teams and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at alllevels.

The successful candidate will ensure contractsare fully operationalized oversee order fulfilment and quality assurancemanage risk and change processes and act as the primary point of contact forclients and partners throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Key Responsibilities

ContractOperationalization Ensure all operational requirements aremet for contract execution coordinating across internal teams.

OrderFulfilment & QA Oversee delivery processes performingquality checks and ensuring compliance.

Stakeholder& Partner Engagement Act as the main contact pointmanaging expectations updates and conflict resolution.

ExecutiveReporting Prepare and present concise executive-level reportsand project updates.

DocumentationManagement Maintain structured and organized repositories ofproject documentation.

ProjectMonitoring Track risks constraints KPIs and progressacross all project phases (validation execution closure).

Change& Risk Management Proactively identify risks andimplement mitigation strategies.

TeamLeadership Lead and motivate cross-functional teams (4members) ensuring accountability and collaboration in a matrix environment.

Requirements (Must-Have)

5years of experience in IT Project Management.

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Scienceor related field.

Solid IT background with experience in system integration data modeling andenterprise architecture.

Proficiency with JIRA (project trackingissue management workflow optimization).

Excellent stakeholdermanagement communication and reporting skills.

Strong analyticalorganizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end withstructured methodologies.

Preferred Skills

Certifications: PMP Prince2 orequivalent.

Familiarity with documentation managementsystems and additional project management tools.

Experience in technology or services environmentsmanaging complex and high-valueprojects.
