A Day in the Life
Representative youll play a critical role in connecting clinicians with innovative solutions that enhance patient outcomes and transform surgical practices.This field-based role centers on direct engagement with cardiac specialists across Poland. Youll provide expert product guidance support clinical procedures and build long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals acting as a trusted advisor in the evolving landscape of cardiac ablation.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Promote and sell Medtronics cardiac ablation portfolio to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors
- Assess customer needs and provide tailored product support education and clinical training
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer feedback to inform strategy Manage inventory levels and forecasting to ensure product availability and optimal supply
- Implement territory-specific strategies to drive business growth
- Act as a liaison between field teams and internal stakeholders including Research and Development and Marketing.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in biomedical engineering life sciences or related field
- Minimum of 2 years commercial experience in the medical device industry
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and occasionally abroad.
