The Assistant Branch Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the branchs business growth by leading sales development recruitment and adviser productivity initiatives. This role combines leadership business development and relationship management to deliver strong business performance and market expansion.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead branch business growth by achieving sales AUM and recruitment targets.
Organize recruitment seminars previews and sales events to attract and develop quality advisers.
Plan and execute product launches marketing campaigns and roadshows to increase business opportunities.
Monitor sales and recruitment performance providing coaching and support to leaders and advisers.
Partner with the Regional Manager on strategic business development initiatives and market expansion efforts.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with adviser to drive retention and long-term growth.
Support adviser onboarding activation and compliance to ensure high productivity.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration Accounting or a related field.
Minimum 35 years of experience in financial services preferably in asset management investment advisory or portfolio management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage clients and team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven track record in client relationship management sales or branch operations.
Ability to execute branch operations ensure compliance and drive business growth
