Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated festive team who share our commitment to excellence and love for creating unforgettable guest experiences to join us for an eight-week period.

The festive season awakens something truly extraordinary at Gleneagles Townhouse. This year our vibrant enchanted forest narrative will envelop 39 St Andrew Square as the citys most coveted social sanctuary transforms into a celebration of festive surprise and delight. Welcoming members hotel guests and the citys brightest spirits for an indulgent and unforgettable escape in the heart of Edinburgh.

The on target earning potential for this role is 17.28 / per hour - comprising a base hourly rate of 12.33 plus a qualified estimate of 4.95 per hour in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks benefits and rewards.

Festive package details;

Well need you to be fully available from Monday 10th November to Sunday 4th January inclusive
Youll have eight weeks of work each shift lasting eight hours with service excellence training

No prior experience is required. For the majority of roles were looking for candidates aged over 18 however there are a few exceptions.

Gratuities (tips) and service charge (an additional charge added to our room rates and services across the estate that is passed directly to our employees) are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role
It is estimated that in 2025 our part-time employees can expect to receive around 4.95 in addition to their hourly rate.
