- Supervise store operations during assigned shifts.
- Manage cost controls inventory control and cash control.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns.
- Support and coach team members during shifts.
- Maintain labor levels according to company standards.
- Maintain store cleanliness safety and compliance with company policies.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced restaurant setting with frequent standing walking and reaching.
- Exposure to hot ovens food odors and varying temperatures.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (ingredients supplies etc.).
- Frequent use of hands for food preparation equipment operation and paperwork.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid drivers license.
- Prior management experience in fast food (pizza experience preferred).
- Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills.
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of basic math and cash handling.
- Ability to train motivate and lead a team.
