What You Will Do:
Provide high-quality administrative support related to commercial transactions regulatory and environmental law projects to include drafting proofreading and revising legal documentation correspondence standard form agreements presentations and other documents with outstanding attention to detail.
Manage legal matters within TeamConnect including creation updating and closing matters
Manage coding processing and monitoring of external legal advisors and other Law Department invoices.
Prioritize schedule and coordinate meetings (both in-person and virtual) appointments travel arrangements and maintain calendars.
Prepare submit and process individual expense reports electronically in accordance with deadlines.
Who You Are:
You have a minimum of 5 years of legal administrative experience in private practice law firms and/or in-house legal departments.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint) and MS Teams and can quickly learn other information/document management systems.
You exhibit outstanding organizational and time management skills with a strong sense of practicality and business insight.
You have excellent interpersonal communication (written and oral) and people skills.

Physical Requirements:
Grasping kneeling light moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds) reaching above shoulder repetitive motion typing sitting standing visual requirement (able to see screens detect color coding read fine print) hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
