We are seeking an enthusiastic and visionary Associate Director of Sales to join our dynamic team in Mumbai India. This senior-level position plays a crucial role in driving our sales strategies and leading our sales team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of sales operations
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Create and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the customer database
- Initiate and drive new customer acquisition strategies
- Coordinate with the marketing department to align sales and marketing efforts
- Monitor and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Set and track individual and team sales targets ensuring they are met or exceeded

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proficiency in CRM systems sales analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
