A Day in the Life

Are you looking for an internship where you can gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills for your future career

Join our Contracting Team and be part of a fast-paced collaborative environment where youll learn the ins and outs of contract management compliance and data diligenceall while working with professionals from different functions and business areas! including an international environment

Internship details:

• Start date: November/ December 2025
• Duration: 6 months with possibility to extend for another months
• Working hours: 30 hours per week
• Working model: hybrid (at least 2 days in the office)
• Location: near/in Warsaw Poland

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Administrative support for the Contracting Department including data entry tracking of contract requirements and documents archiving in a global contract repository in SFDC tool
• Learning the basics of contracting management
• Learning of data diligence and its importance for other processes and making decisions
• Learning of importance of compliance with company policies and local legislation

Required knowledge

• In the last year of bachelor or first year of master
• Fluent in Polish & communicative in English (B1/B2 level
• Detail-oriented with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel Word Outlook).

Would be a plus:

• Educational background in Public Administration Management Business Economics Finance Data Management Engineering or similar areas
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Interested in optimization and improvement work
• Eager to learn & develop
• Problem solver
