Krolls Expert Services practice provides valuation services and financial analysis to lawyers and companies involved in litigation among others. Our professionals are trained to provide expert witness testimony in our areas of expertise. We are sought out by the top law firms and companies in the world and have been recognized by many publications and industry sources for our exceptional client service and work product. As an Intern in the Expert Services practice you will work on engagements related to forensic accounting matters investigative services and dispute consulting. Apply now to joinOne team One Kroll.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will be tasked to work on a variety of financial and valuation analyses for a variety of purposes including litigation/expert witness matters financial reporting fairness opinions investment valuations and income tax
Prepare valuation analyses detailed financial models written reports and presentations
Work closely with Managing Directors Directors and Vice Presidents in a growing practice area
REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business Administration (with a concentration in Accounting or Finance) Management (with a concentration in Accounting or Finance) Engineering (with a minimum of four Junior and/or Senior level courses in Accounting Economics or Finance) or MBA from an accredited college or university
Interested in learning about business information services
Strong analytical and writing skills; specifically the ability to sift through complex information gathered from many sources find the most pertinent information and to summarize your findings clearly and concisely
Ability to balance multiple priorities while remaining detail oriented and ensuring projects meet timelines
Self-motivated and organized with a keen attention to detail
Service-oriented team-player who is eager to learn
Ability to travel to Toronto office at least 2 times a week and/or as required
