Marketing Specialist

Bectran is seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to enhance our brand presence and drive audience engagement across multiple channels. This role combines strategic public relations management with social media expertise and content creation to maximize brand visibility and thought leadership in the B2B fintech space. As part of our marketing team youll work cross-functionally with product development and sales teams to strengthen Bectrans market position.

What You Will Do:

Public Relations & Brand Communications:

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to enhance Bectrans brand visibility and thought leadership in the fintech and B2B credit space.
• Write and distribute press releases media pitches and company announcements to industry publications
• Coordinate speaking opportunities awards submissions and industry event participation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts industry analysts and outlets
• Create strategic marketing materials that will be used to develop and strengthen client relationships and prospects

Social Media Management:

• Create track plan and post engaging content across all social media platforms (LinkedIn Twitter Instagram etc.)
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and company milestones.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to amplify thought leadership content and company updates

Marketing Support:

• Assist the Marketing team in planning executing and tracking the performance of marketing initiatives.
• Provide project support for a variety of marketing programs and campaigns

What You Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelors degree in marketing business or communications
• Strong experience in digital communications in the SaaS or tech field
• Well-organized and able to successfully manage multiple projects and multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to apply creativity and analytical skills to achieve team objectives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - copywriting
• Critical thinking skills
• Self-starter results-oriented
• Eagerness to grow/learn

Compensation & Benefits:

In accordance with Illinois pay transparency requirements we are committed to providing clear compensation information. The pay range for this position is $55000-$65000 annually. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Pay ranges are subject to change based on evolving market conditions or business needs.
