Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows
- Create clear concise and comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specification documents (FSDs)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Analyzing designing and developing creative solutions for quality outcomes
- Conducting data analysis and creating charts and dashboards to support decision making
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure project success
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress and outcomes
- Continuously identify opportunities for improving business processes and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders including executives managers and team members in a clear and concise manner
Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems or related field
- 8 years of relevant experience across different domains (Apparel Manufacturing Background will be a plus)
- Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and techniques
- Possessing communication skills problem solving skills and decision-making skills
- Experience with JIRA is a plus
