Senior Nurse (RGN) Nursing Home Up to 23 per hour Day Shifts

Our client a welcoming and well-established nursing home is looking for an experienced and compassionate Senior Registered Nurse to join their team. Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC pin
Strong background in nursing homes or elderly care settings
Proven clinical skills and up-to-date knowledge of best practice
Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent communication organisational and decision-making skills

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the nursing team to deliver safe effective and person-centred care
Provide expert clinical guidance and act as a role model to colleagues
Oversee medication management care planning and safeguarding practices
Carry out clinical audits and ensure compliance with CQC standards
Work closely with residents and families to promote dignity wellbeing and quality of life
Support the Registered Manager with staff training development and performance management
