Clinical Lead Nurse Nursing Home Up to 23 per hour Day Shifts

Our client a welcoming and well-established nursing home is looking for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Lead Nurse to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated nurse with strong leadership skills and a background in elderly care to take the next step in their career.

Working within a purpose-built newly refurbished home the Clinical Lead Nurse will play a vital role in delivering specialist residential and nursing care ensuring residents receive the highest standards of clinical support and personalised care.

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC pin
  • Strong background in nursing homes or elderly care settings
  • Proven clinical skills and up-to-date knowledge of best practice
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication organisational and decision-making skills
