Job Summary
Position Description:
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto office (250 Yonge St) and/or Client office (81 Bay Street) at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.
.Project Management Outline project goals terms of reference resource requirements and costs. Create a resource plan that ensures all stakeholders have a voice on the project. Assess the efficiency of the practices and procedures used by a team and provide guidance that will continuously improve the project Help internal partners make informed decisions about the development of programs products and services. Coach and mentor teams working toward a common Coordination Proactively identify risks to the project schedule and find ways to mitigate them. Monitor milestones; ensure theyre completed according to timelines and and Persuasion Share ideas build consensus and write with Management Develop trusted working relationships with business stakeholders and technology partners.
Must Have
.10 years of experience in managing large and mid-size projects/programs with 8 years in Canadian retail on experience in Jira Confluence and Analytical to manage large internal and external stakeholder groups across leadership with transformational initiatives especially focusing on digital of AI in banking negotiation of Agile framework will be an added advantage
