What Youll Do:

Coordinate and schedule phone video and on-site interviews in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
Serve as a backup contact for office operations/facility maintenance including supply management vendor coordination and general administrative support.
Manage the end-to-end candidate experience by working closely with recruiters interviewers and hiring managers.
Support various recruiting-related administrative tasks including offer coordination onboarding assistance and data management.
Support occasional In-house and Virtual events (All-Hands Happy Hours Team Building Events etc.)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate tracking in applicant tracking systems (ATS) Google Sheets and other relevant tools.

What Were Looking For:

1 years of experience in recruiting coordination office management or a related administrative role.

Must be based in/near San Francisco CA as this will be an in office role requiring 5 days in office.

Experience with Greenhouse or ModernLoop is preferred but not required.
A proactive and detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with internal stakeholders and candidates.
Excellent project management abilities with a strong focus on organization flexibility and adaptability.
A team player with a passion for creating an efficient welcoming and collaborative workplace.

Your compensation may be based on several factors including education work experience and certifications. For certain roles total compensation may include restricted stock units. The base compensation range for this role is:

$25 - $35 USD
