Good Chop is passionate about delivering high-quality locally-sourced meats and seafood directly to our customers doors. Were looking for an Associate Director Special Projects to join our leadership team. This role is designed for a strategic entrepreneurial and execution-driven leader who will identify and drive Good Chops most important growth and optimization opportunities. Youll work cross-functionally to shape new initiatives test new channels and unlock efficiencies that have a material impact on the business across all functions (customer care logistics marketing operations etc.) If you thrive in ambiguity enjoy tackling complex problems and have a track record of delivering measurable results this role is for you.
You will
- Identify evaluate and lead high-impact opportunities across the business.
- Design and execute tests across functions assessing scalability and ROI potential of initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to define and prioritize strategic initiatives that accelerate Good Chops trajectory.
- Own end-to-end project execution from business case development to cross-functional alignment and delivery.
- Build frameworks and models to size opportunities assess risks and measure results.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for the leadership team with clear roadmaps and KPIs.
- Foster collaboration across functions (marketing operations product and finance teams) to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
- Drive a culture of experimentation innovation and continuous improvement within Good Chop.
You are
- A strategic thinker who is comfortable moving between high-level vision and hands-on execution.
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful with a bias toward action and problem-solving.
- Data-driven able to deep dive into large databases analyze results find insights quickly build models and make decisions grounded in evidence.

You have
- BA/BS degree in Business Economics Marketing or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7 years of experience in strategy growth consulting or general management; ideally with exposure to DTC e-commerce or consumer brands; experience in subscription businesses is a plus
- Proven track record of identifying leading and scaling high-impact projects.
- Strong analytical toolkit (Excel/Google Sheets SQL/BI).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing product operations and finance teams.
- Comfort with ambiguity and demonstrated ability to take ownership and deliver results in dynamic settings.
