Job Summary
Introduction: M365Group SIA a Latvian-based IT recruitment company is exploring opportunities to set up operations in Bulgaria and requires an experienced remote International Tax Lawyer. You will play a critical role in advising on corporate structuring tax planning and compliance with Bulgarian and international tax laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on tax-efficient structuring of the companys operations in Bulgaria.
- Ensure compliance with Bulgarian tax regulations and relevant international treaties.
- Draft and review legal documents related to tax planning and corporate governance.
- Represent the company in negotiations with Bulgarian tax authorities.
- Monitor and analyze changes in tax laws to ensure the company remains compliant.
Qualifications:
- Law degree with specialization in international tax law.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate tax law preferably in an international setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Bulgarian tax laws and international tax treaties.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Fluent in English and Bulgarian.
