What Youll Do
- Drive new business through targeted outreach and relationship-building
- Sell executive search direct hire and staffing services to private and public-sector clients
- Make impactful connections via phone email and meetings
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects with timely follow-ups and consistent communication
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients by identifying and delivering talent solutions that align with their business goals
- Utilize internal systems to track leads opportunities and performance metrics
What You Bring
- 2 years of successful B2B sales experience with a proven track record in staffing recruiting or workforce solutions
- Experience selling to C-suite and senior decision-makers
- Highly motivated results-oriented and able to work independently
- Polished communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Strong time management and multitasking ability in a dynamic environment
