Position Overview
Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented 3DCS Sales Professional to join our growing team. This position provides hands-on support to our sales while learning the fundamentals of technical sales within the 3DCS software environment.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting assisting with sales coordination and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
Learn day to day software sales interaction with customer
Learn to write quotes and follow up
Manage and maintain sales activities and pipeline updates within Salesforce ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Assist in preparing presentations proposals and customer communications.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support lead nurturing and demo scheduling.
Learn and develop proficiency with Metrologic DCS software solutions.
Participate in ongoing training to understand our products value propositions and customer industries.
Contribute to continuous improvement of sales operations and customer engagement processes.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree engineering or computer science preferred
1 years of professional sales experience in aerospace automotive or medical fields.
Strong interest in developing a career in B2B software sales.
Excellent communication organization and follow-through skills.
Experience with CRM tools preferably Salesforce.
Determined self-starter with curiosity to understand technical concepts and customer needs.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive base salary plus commission structure.
