We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to turn business needs into clear requirements user stories reports and process improvements that deliver measurable value.
What you will do:
Elicit analyze and document business requirements user stories and acceptance criteria
Translate roadmap features into actionable tasks for Engineering and QA
Lead requirements validation with stakeholders and technical teams (Data BI Integration Front-end)
Create and maintain business process maps requirements docs and test cases
Produce dashboards/reports and collaborate with BI to deliver visualizations for business and project performance
Identify automation/AI opportunities and recommend process improvements to boost efficiency
Support Agile delivery: backlog grooming sprint planning demos and release coordination
Assist project managers with scope traceability and delivery risk mitigation
What you should have:
Bachelors degree in Business Analytics MIS CIS Computer Science Economics (data/tech focus) or equivalent
Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira Asana or ServiceNow
Familiarity with application security and data/BI concepts
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel Visio PowerPoint Teams)
Proven experience in requirements gathering user stories technical documentation and stakeholder facilitation
Solid communication problem-solving and process-improvement experience
Strong SQL / T-SQL skills for data discovery and validation
Nice to have / a plus:
Experience in multi-family real-estate
Experience with Power BI Tableau or similar BI tools
Familiarity with Azure Snowflake Databricks Sigma or data warehousing concepts
Masters degree
Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certification

Base Compensation Range:
$105000.00 To $130000.00 Annually. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Companys base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors including but not limited to location and experience.Total Direct Compensation: This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
