Their Singapore team is expanding to deliver exceptional brand experiences in this key market.
As a Store Manager you will be the strategic leader of our Singapore boutiquedriving sales performance nurturing a high-performing team and elevating the luxury shopping experience. This role offers end-to-end ownership of store operations clear career progression and the chance to shape our local brand presence.
Please note that this role does not offer visa support. Candidates must have valid work authorization in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets analyzing performance data to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead train and mentor sales teams conducting regular performance reviews and creating development plans.
- Oversee full-store operations: inventory management visual merchandising POS system supervision and cash handling accuracy.
- Curate exceptional customer experiences managing VIP relationships and resolving complex service issues promptly.
- Collaborate with regional teams on marketing campaigns new product launches and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore retail regulations including workplace safety and MOM employment standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of store management experience in mid-to-high end fashion retail (womenswear preferred).
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin for client and team communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint) and retail POS systems.
- Demonstrated track record in team leadership sales target achievement and inventory optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work flexible hours.
