We are currently seeking a Italian speaker to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in content moderation or a related field. This is a full-time 6months contract.
Position: Content Moderator
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Employment Type: Full-Time (6-month contract)
Remuneration: Base salary
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong knowledge and enthusiasm for leading e-commerce products services and industry standards.
- Review content in accordance with established SLAs and quality benchmarks.
- Ensure uploaded content complies with platform policies legal requirements and safety guidelines.
- Adapt to policy updates schedule changes and follow standard operating procedures consistently.
- Identify and escalate issues through proper internal channels adhering to company protocols.
Requirements
- Native or fluent in Italian (C2 level) both spoken and written.
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent moderation skills with clear communication sound judgment and local market insight.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and industry standards.
- Capable of managing high workloads and maintaining performance during peak periods.
- Empathetic customer service skills effective communication and balanced decision-making.
