This is an on-site role in Lisbon where youll collaborate with diverse professionals learn fast and grow in a supportive environment.

What Youll Be Doing

Manage and grow B2B client portfolios via phone email or chat
Provide smart advertising or marketing solutions tailored to business goals
Onboard new advertisers or upsell services to existing users
Build solid customer relationships and overcome objections with ease
Work with performance goals and contribute to a high-impact team

What Were Looking For

English fluency at C1 level or higher - thats the only language requirement
Experience in sales marketing or customer support is a plus not a must
Comfortable speaking on the phone and engaging new people
Motivated adaptable and eager to learn
Must have EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal

What Youll Get

Full training program (2 to 4 weeks depending on the project)
12-month renewable contract; permanent after 2 years
Monthly bonus based on performance (up to EUR 300 or EUR 900 quarterly)
