We are in search of a dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to become part of our team. Your role will involve identifying and qualifying prospective leads crafting outreach strategies and establishing a strong pipeline to foster business expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating high-quality leads and be proficient in using various CRM software with a strong emphasis on GoHighLevel.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects through various methods including online research social media industry directories and networking events. Develop a high-quality lead list for outreach efforts.
- Execute outbound lead generation activities such as cold calling email outreach and social media engagement. Employ persuasive techniques to initiate contact and pique interest in the companys products or services.
- Evaluate and qualify leads using predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with the companys target customer profile. Determine lead potential and assess readiness for further engagement by the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead information within the CRM system ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Organize and segment leads to enable effective follow-up and tracking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement lead generation campaigns including email marketing webinars and online advertising. Monitor campaign performance and modify strategies as necessary.
- Conduct market research to grasp industry trends competitor activities and customer needs. Apply insights to enhance lead generation strategies and uncover new lead acquisition opportunities.
- Track and report on lead generation activities noting lead volume conversion rates and campaign effectiveness. Regularly update management with analyses of lead generation performance and ROI.
- Work in tandem with the sales team to transition qualified leads and provide comprehensive information about prospects. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration to optimize lead conversion rates.
- Utilize content marketing materials such as whitepapers case studies and blog posts to attract and engage potential leads. Use content to deliver value and establish credibility with prospects.
- Stay informed about lead generation best practices industry trends and new tools. Continuously explore opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing business communications or a related field. Relevant certifications in lead generation or digital marketing are a plus.
- Proven experience in lead generation sales or a similar role with a track record of successfully generating and qualifying leads. Experience with CRM systems and lead generation tools is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with prospects presenting information and creating persuasive outreach materials.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret lead generation metrics evaluate campaign performance and provide data-driven insights.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and lead generation tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo GoHighLevel). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word).
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Persistence in pursuing leads and following up on potential opportunities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing and sales to achieve lead generation and business objectives.
