Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Steel Worker to join our clients team specializing in the fabrication and installation of structural steel stainless steel and related metalwork. Our client is a leader in delivering high-quality craftsmanship on various construction projects ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in steel fabrication and installation with a strong focus on precision safety and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Fabricate assemble and install steel structures including beams columns frameworks and railings.
- Read and interpret blueprints sketches and design plans to ensure accurate project execution.
- Operate machinery tools and equipment used in steel cutting shaping and welding.
- Install steel components according to project specifications ensuring precise alignment and fit.
- Collaborate with project managers foremen and other trades to ensure seamless project workflow.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Steel Worker in fabrication and installation.
- Proficiency in steelwork techniques including welding cutting and assembly.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in varying conditions.
- Must reside in Malta.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or formal training in steelwork or a related field.
- Familiarity with additional metalwork processes such as stainless steel and aluminum fabrication.
