Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our hospitality team at a stylish boutique hotel in Birżebbuġa Malta. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness comfort and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Thoroughly clean and service guest rooms including changing linens making beds dusting vacuuming and replenishing amenities.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bathrooms replacing towels and toiletries as required.

Ensure public areas including hallways lounges and restrooms are clean tidy and welcoming at all times.

Promptly report any maintenance issues lost and found items or safety concerns to the supervisor.

Handle guest requests politely and efficiently delivering excellent customer service.

Follow health safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team and other departments to support smooth operations.
Requirements:

Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness and order.

Good time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

A friendly professional attitude and commitment to providing excellent guest service.

Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Basic understanding of English; additional languages are a plus.
