Job Summary

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Attendant to join our hospitality team at a modern boutique hotel located in Birżebbuġa Malta. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas helping to ensure a welcoming and comfortable experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Room Care:
- Clean prepare and maintain guest rooms to a high standard including bed-making dusting vacuuming and restocking amenities.
- Sanitize bathrooms and promptly report any maintenance issues or damages.
Public Area Upkeep:
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of public spaces such as lobbies hallways stairwells and restrooms.
- Keep all areas well-presented and stocked with necessary supplies.
Guest Assistance:
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond promptly to any guest requests or concerns.
Team Support:
- Work closely with housekeeping maintenance and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all health safety and cleanliness standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
Friendly respectful attitude and good communication skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
