Job Description
The Finance Manager will oversee the full spectrum of financial operations and staff supervision at a retail company.
Key responsibilities:
- include managing accounting (A/R A/P G/L taxation) cash flow banking inventory control sales audits financial reporting budgeting and business analysis.
- The role also involves developing internal controls supporting audits and providing strategic financial insights to senior management. Leadership duties include team development recruitment and system implementation.
Requirements:

Cambodian national with a Bachelors in Accounting or Finance (CPA/ACCA/CA preferred)

5-10 years experience in finance ideally in inventory or logistics

Strong leadership Excel and reporting skills

Familiarity with Cambodian tax laws and ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment

Fluency in English; knowledge of Japanese/Chinese is a plus
