Job Summary

The Finance Manager will oversee the full spectrum of financial operations and staff supervision at a retail company.

Key responsibilities:

include managing accounting (A/R A/P G/L taxation) cash flow banking inventory control sales audits financial reporting budgeting and business analysis.
The role also involves developing internal controls supporting audits and providing strategic financial insights to senior management. Leadership duties include team development recruitment and system implementation.

Requirements:

Cambodian national with a Bachelors in Accounting or Finance (CPA/ACCA/CA preferred)
5-10 years experience in finance ideally in inventory or logistics
Strong leadership Excel and reporting skills
Familiarity with Cambodian tax laws and ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
Fluency in English; knowledge of Japanese/Chinese is a plus
