Job Title: Director Global Content & Strategy Lead - Evinova

Introduction to Role:
The Global Content & Strategy Lead is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive content strategies that drive brand positioning and support Evinovas commercial business objectives. This role will oversee multi-format content creation and distribution and optimizing engagement through data-driven insights.
Accountabilities:
- Global Content Strategy & Alignment:
Develop and implement global content strategies that align with commercial priorities and enhance Evinovas brand positioning with external customers. - Content Development & Innovation:
Oversee the creation of multi-format contentincluding blogs web copy video infographics interactive media paid media speaking engagements and digital assetsto increase relevance and impact. - Editorial Planning & Campaign Management:
Lead the planning and management of editorial calendars for global campaigns and ongoing content initiatives ensuring timely delivery and consistency. - Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with product marketing communications and regional teams to ensure content supports go-to-market strategies and aligns with customer journey mapping. - Channel Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with channel partners distributors and platform providers to enhance content performance and audience growth. - Performance Analysis & Optimization:
Analyze performance metrics and audience insights to advise ongoing content strategy channel selection and optimization of content and campaigns. - Engagement & ROI Assessment:
Supervise and analyze content engagement metrics conversion rates and return on investment to guide strategic decisions and continuous improvement. - Vendor & Agency Management:
Oversee relationships with key channel partners event producers and digital/web agencies driving effective execution alignment and value delivery.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Extensive experience in content strategy development and implementation within highly matrixed organizations.
- Proven track record managing multi-format content creation (written video interactive paid media).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage editorial content planning.
- Expertise in multi-channel content distribution and optimizing campaigns for global reach.
- Strong analytical skills in channel performance measurement and content engagement metrics.
- Experience managing partner relationships vendor partnerships and agencies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Communications Digital Media or related field.
- Deep knowledge healthcare industry /health tech best practices in digital content and global brand positioning.
- Certification or advanced training in digital marketing content strategy or data analytics.
- Proficiency in employing business intelligence tools to inform content decisions and AI tools to increase productivity.
- Proven success in driving return on investment and continuous improvement for global content campaigns.
