Position Summary
The Client Review Specialist (Part-Time) is responsible for ensuring high-quality client service through the evaluation and analysis of client interactions feedback and documentation. This role supports the organizations commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships. The position is ideal for individuals seeking flexible work hours while contributing meaningfully to client satisfaction and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular reviews of client accounts documentation and interactions to ensure accuracy compliance and quality standards.
- Analyze client feedback and service records to identify trends issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing review findings and recommendations for management.
- Collaborate with client service teams to resolve issues and implement best practices.
- Support periodic audits and compliance activities as requested.
- Communicate effectively with clients to clarify information and address concerns as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in client service account review or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexible schedule availability with willingness to work 1525 hours per week.
- Must have your own car with clean driving record and full coverage insurance.
- Possible full time position depending on quality and efficiency of work and willingness to grow and adapt with the company.
Work Environment & Schedule
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The Client Review Specialist will report to the Client Services Manager.
