If youve worked in or alongside title and escrow companies your insight will be especially valued here.

What Youll Handle

Full-scope litigation in real estate title and escrow disputes
Appearances at trials hearings arbitrations and mediations
Drafting legal documents including pleadings motions and briefs
Client and witness meetings depositions and settlement negotiations
Guiding junior attorneys and contributing to team development

The Attorney

Skilled litigator with deep real estate litigation experience
Able to manage a case start-to-finish including trial
Well-versed in title insurance escrow and lending issues
Confident in mentoring and training junior attorneys a plus
Licensed to practice in California and based in or near Irvine

Position Details

Location: Irvine CA
Salary:$150000 to $200000 base DOE discretionary bonus
