Were currently seeking a Corporate Office Receptionist to be the friendly voice and professional presence at the heart of our dealerships Central Office. This is more than just answering phones youll play a key role in shaping the first impression of our business.

What Youll Do

As our Corporate Office Receptionist youll:

  • Answer incoming calls with courtesy professionalism and a smile you can hear.

  • Direct calls efficiently to the appropriate departments (Sales Service Parts etc.).

  • Provide helpful information on dealership services hours vehicle availability and promotions.

  • Assist in scheduling service and sales appointments.

  • Document call details and customer interactions in our Dealership Management System (DMS).

  • Monitor voicemails and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Support the office team with clerical tasks such as filing and organizing paperwork.

  • Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure top-tier customer care.

  • Handle occasional customer concerns with poise and professionalism.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Outstanding phone etiquette and verbal communication skills

  • A friendly positive and approachable personality

  • The ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls

  • Confidence using a multi-line phone system and basic computer programs

  • Strong attention to detail and organization

  • A team-player mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience in customer service reception or call center roles

  • Familiarity with dealership environments or DMS software

  • Coursework or certifications in communications or office management

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office setting
