Conveyancing Manager 40k - Manchester (fee earning and management)

My Client is recruiting a Conveyancer who would be open to running a small caseload whilst also managing the admin department within the Conveyancing Team.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years experience as fully fledged Conveyancer and ideally will have previous experience managing junior conveyancers but this is not essential.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to advocate effectively for clients interests.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and processes.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in using conveyancing software and other relevant technology. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to advance their career in residential conveyancing within a supportive environment.
