Reports to: Regional Property Supervisor
Location: 426-432 S New Hampshire Ave. Los Angeles CA 90020
Position Type: Full-time
Pay rate: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Thursday-Monday (Tuesday and Wednesday off) - open to schedule change
Unit: Open for Onsite or Offsite
- Studio unit (free rent)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in Property Management
- Bilingual (English/ Spanish) preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment
- Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs and Yardi Voyager
- A friendly outgoing personality & the ability to interact with a variety of personality types
- Flexibility and ability to identify problems and offer solutions
- Collaborate with Resident Services Provider
