We are seeking a Service and Parts Professional to help with our strong customer growth! We are looking for the right person to lead a newly created position that is a blended work role between two departments. This is a full-time position that requires the individual to be on-site. Excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude are a must. This individual will learn parts department basics with being able to lookup and bill out parts. This individual will also close out repair orders and present the vehicles inspection results to customers. Between customer & employee interactions this person will also answer inbound calls and make outbound position requires a customer service mentality basic accounting skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Accurately lookup fast-moving automotive parts for our Express Maintenance department - We will train you!
- Bill parts on Express repair orders and invoice when finished.
- Answer phones and schedule customers for service appointments.
- Make outbound phone calls to generate additional service business.
- Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
- Communicate with callers in a professional friendly and efficient manner striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold.
- Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed.
- Be friendly professional courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
- Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently.
Qualifications
- Able to work in a past-paced environment.
- Able to walk throughout the day.
- Have effective communication skills.
- Be friendly with customers and employees.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
- Professional personal appearance.
