What Youll Do
The General Clerk position at Grand River Health is a vital role within the Patient Financial Services team. The primary focus is on managing cash reimbursement processes including accurately posting all cash and check transactions received by the facility. As a collaborative member of the Patient Financial Services team this role also includes opportunities for cross-training with other department members. Daily tasks involve a variety of clerical duties. Responsibilities include:
- Ensuringcash payments and reimbursements are processed accurately
- Responding to emails and phone calls
- Handling departmental mail
- Generating reports
- Managing document scanning and deposits
Who Were Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Relevant work experience in a similar position preferred.

- Pay Range: $17.50 - $20.00/hour (based on experience)
