Specific responsibilities include:
- Ensuring your programs mission and services are carried out effectively and efficiently.
- Maintaining compliance with government regulatory bodies and other related accreditation organizations.
- Supervising program staff and identifying training needs based on trends and developments in direct care for mental health treatment.
- Managing program budgets.

The pay range for this position is $46350 minimum to $63654 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to years and level of related experience.
What we need from you.
- This position requires one of the following education and experience combinations:
- High school diploma and 5 years of experience.
- Associates degree and 4 years of experience.
- Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience.
- 1 year of experience should be in a supervisory role.
- Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) certification required within 6 months of hire.
