Job Summary
This is an opportunity to be responsible for the overall operations and management of Sheppard Pratts Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program. This position will oversee the overall mental health and wellbeing of the clients that the program serves.

This is an opportunity to be responsible for the overall operations and management of Sheppard Pratts Catonsville PRP direct support services. You will oversee the overall mental health and wellbeing of the clients that the program serves.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Ensuring your programs mission and services are carried out effectively and efficiently.
- Maintaining compliance with government regulatory bodies and other related accreditation organizations.
- Supervising program staff and identifying training needs based on trends and developments in direct care for mental health treatment.
- Managing program budgets.

The pay range for this position is $46350 minimum to $63654 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to years and level of related experience.
What we need from you.
- This position requires one of the following education and experience combinations:
- High school diploma and 5 years of experience.
- Associates degree and 4 years of experience.
- Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience.
- 1 year of experience should be in a supervisory role.
- Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) certification required within 6 months of hire.
