We are looking for aLegal Counselto join us at this pivotal moment share our vision and help shape the future of European banking.What you will be doing
- Structuring cooperation with the Banks partners in the area of Receivables Purchase Agreements and Banking as a Service products and fronting.
- You will review and draft agreements ensuring compliance and alignment with business needs.
- You will identify and resolve legal issues providing clear and practical advice to internal stakeholders.
- You will support the structuring and adjustment of new products to recivables purchase activities/ BaaS/fronting.
Skills you should have
At least 5 years of experience in the financial sector
Proven experience in providing legal support for product implementation
Expertise and experience in receivables purchase deals
Fluency in English
Preferred: professional title of Attorney-at-Law.
