Your Responsibilities:
Independently negotiate commercial contracts with a focus on software cloud and services agreements. You will closely collaborate with internal stakeholders to efficiently bring deals to successful closure.
Skillfully represent both company and customer/vendor interests leveraging your autonomy to resolve issues swiftly while managing business risks effectively.
Support the team in general corporate legal matters including corporate governance regulatory requirements and compliance.
Utilize sound judgement and a wide range of information to address contractual issues actively contributing to project and process improvement initiatives as well as the development of policies and procedures.
Your Profile:
Bachelors degree (B.A. or B.S. or equivalent) in law is required.
Fluency in both German and English (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
Excellent organizational verbal and written communication skills.
Experience and enthusiasm for transactional work related legal matters process optimization and technology in general.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and deliver value across multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive self-starter with strong project ownership who enjoys working across departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel PowerPoint and Word.
Additional Information
Available to work from the Warsaw office at least 3 days a week
