We are looking for Legal & Compliance Assistant to join Sopra Steria Polska for a Legal & Compliance Team. You will be collaborating daily with the HR Finance Communications and Employer Branding teams.

Responsibilities:
- Schedules and priorities allocated work on a daily basis.
- Routine document management.
- Providing comprehensive support to the line manager in all daily operations.
- Maintaining day-to-day communication across departments to support efficient workflow and collaboration
- Providing support in organizing and improving internal processes
Qualifications :
Must have requirements:
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical approach.
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ongoing university studies or Bachelors/Masters Degree in Law Public Administration or a related field
- Fluent English B2/C1.
- EU citizenship.
- Availability for on-site work from our Katowice office at least twice a week.
Nice to have requirements:
- Familiarity with corporate and company law regulations.
