Position Summary:
Q2IMPACT is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data and Reporting Specialist to support data management analysis and reporting for its field office in Amman Jordan. This role is essential to ensuring the integrity accuracy and timeliness of data collected through Third Party Monitoring (TPM) activities. The incumbent will work closely with field teams technical staff and Q2IMPACT headquarters to manage data systems produce high-quality reports and support evidence-based decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & Analysis
Oversee the collection cleaning validation and storage of quantitative and qualitative data from field monitoring activities.
Maintain and update project databases and ensure data security and confidentiality.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends patterns and insights relevant to project objectives.
Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualization tools to support programmatic decision-making.
Ensure data quality and consistency across all reporting outputs.
Support the development and refinement of data collection tools and methodologies.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare monthly quarterly and annual reports for Department of State including performance indicators findings and recommendations.
Ensure all reports meet Department of State formatting and quality standards.
Coordinate with field teams to gather and verify data inputs for reporting.
Document lessons learned success stories and best practices for internal and external dissemination.
Maintain organized archives of all data and reports in both paper and electronic formats.
Collaboration & Capacity Building
Work closely with MEL program and field teams to ensure alignment of data and reporting processes.
Provide training and technical support to staff on data collection tools and reporting systems.
Contribute to knowledge management efforts by promoting data-driven learning and adaptation.
Education Qualifications & Skills:
Jordanian citizen preferred.
Bachelors degree in Data Science International Development or Public Administration or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data and Reporting for international development projects in the Middle East.
Previous experience working on a TPM Project required.
Previous experience working on a USAID TPM Project preferred.
Demonstrated supervisory experience.
Familiarity with USG financial reporting and compliance requirements.
Experience managing donor-funded procurements and subcontracts/grants.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
