Role Definition

• Leading a team that provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities planning and implementation of cross-functional applications. Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Team Lead responsible for delivery of secure solutions and product maintenance for Salesforce platform across the Cat Financial implementation.

What You do:

• Provide consulting services to internal business groups on projects.

• Oversees a team that analyzes defines and documents clients requirements and delivers systems capabilities as necessary.

• Monitors the implementation of cybersecurity standards and polices in projects or services.

• Participate in identifying evaluating and developing systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements.

• Vendor/Supplier Management: Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors service providers contractors consultants and suppliers).

• Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools methods and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.

• System Testing: Knowledge of system and software testing; ability to design plan and execute system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle.

Additional information:

• This position requires the successful candidate to work full time 5 days per week in the Nashville main office.
