Mail Courier
Employment: Part-Time
Headquarts Location: Northampton MA w/daily travel between our administrative offices
Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9a-1p (20 hours)
ServiceNet a leading Human Services agency is seeking compassionate dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. As a Mail Courier you will be tasked with driving a ServiceNet vehicle to specified sites throughout Hampshire Hampden Berkshire and Franklin counties to pick up and deliver inner-agency mail. The Courier will be following established routes to pick up mail for our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up and delivery of inner-agency mail for ServiceNet Administrative Offices. Trips to other locations may be occasionally required.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and security of all packages.
- Drive three to four hours per day.
- Maintain pick-up and delivery log.
- Completion of vehicle log.
- Maintain interior and exterior of vehicle in clean and orderly fashion.
- Inspect vehicle including tires lights brakes gas oil and water and report any problems to supervisor. Add gas to vehicle as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or his/her designee.
- Have and maintain a valid Drivers License with an acceptable driving record.
- Reliable transportation/vehicle.
- At least two years driving experience.
- Carry packages weighing up to 25 pounds.
- High School Diploma / GED.
