Job Description:

The Fulfillment Specialist serves as a day-3 initial disclosure and package mailing specialist for loans without a formal request for disclosures to be sent. This role is responsible for delivering accurate timely resolutions to support operational compliance standards. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail efficiency the ability to work independently and strong communication skills.

Job Type: Contingent - 6-month assignment

Hours: Monday - Friday 6 hours per day

Work location: On-site at 711 N High Street Columbus OH

Compensation: $17-20/hour

What Youll Do:

• Verify the accuracy of loan applications and supporting documentation

• Accurately enter and manage loan data

• Work independently through a pipeline of files due for initial disclosure same-day

• Understand different program/product/branch nuances in fees and disclosure requirements

• Participate in ongoing training related to disclosure processes and procedures

• Review critical documents prior to issuing disclosures

• Collaborate with loan originators to meet disclosure timelines and resolve issues

• Print stuff envelopes and mail disclosure packages that do not have required e-consent by a set time of day

• Stay informed of state and federal documentation requirements

• Train sales staff on the electronic loan application process and day-3 procedures

Qualifications:

• Communicates effectively via written or verbal methods (both remote and in-office)

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset

• Positive attitude and adaptability to change

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Professional under pressure and open to feedback

• Experience with Encompass software preferred

• Associates degree or equivalent experience
