Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting expertise manufacturing industry experience and proven leadership in financial management. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact by ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting critical business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger account reconciliations and month-end/year-end close processes.

Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.

Provide accounting support and analysis specific to manufacturing operations including cost accounting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.

Assist with budgeting forecasting and variance analysis.

Support audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests.

Maintain documentation of accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field required.

CPA or CMA required.

5 years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Prior manufacturing industry experience is required.

Experience with Costpoint preferred but not required.

Three-way match experience a plus but not required.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.

Excellent attention to detail organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Must successfully pass background and credit check.
