Were looking for a talented Technical Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and help build our growing technical this role youll focus on understanding team needs sourcing and screening candidates through networking and outreach and contributing to our recruiting efforts across the company. Youll have the opportunity to make an impact by finding great technical talent while supporting hiring manager training and improving our candidate experience.

In this role you will:

Manage the full-cycle recruiting for engineering product design roles with the ability to flex into business roles as well.
Partner closely with hiring managers to distill hiring needs build a thoughtful interview process and recruit with long-term time horizons in mind.
Build and expand professional networks while proactively sourcing passive candidates to create a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Be a key player in closing candidates and matching the right person to the right role.
Create an outstanding candidate experience and employer brand through creative initiatives and programs such as interview training and resources 90 day plans and marketing initiatives.
Support candidates through their onboarding at Anrok to become successful contributors in their roles
