Independent Legal Recruiter (Revenue-Share High-Earning Potential)

What Youll Recruit For

Associates Senior Associates Counsel and Partners

In-house Legal roles (Commercial Corporate Product Compliance Employment Regulatory)

High-bar searches where quality and judgment matter

What Youll Be Responsible For

Owning Legal searches end-to-end from intake to close

Sourcing qualifying and presenting top-tier Legal candidates

Managing candidate relationships with discretion and professionalism

Running a clean accountable recruiting process (no spray-and-pray)

Delivering high-quality submissions that move fast

What Good Looks Like Here

You already:

  • Have proven Legal recruiting experience (agency or independent)
  • Understand how Legal hiring actually works (law firm -house dynamics)
  • Know how to assess pedigree practice area depth and deal with exposure
  • Are comfortable running searches independently without hand-holding
  • Communicate clearly with candidates and clients babysitting required
  • Use modern recruiting tools (ATS sourcing tools LinkedIn outreach tech etc.)

Bonus points if you:

Have an existing Legal network

Have placed attorneys in competitive or specialized markets

Prefer quality searches over high-volume chaos
