What you will do:
Perform calibration of manual and monitored tools.
Troubleshoot tool problems and repair.
Work effectively with Manufacturing Engineering to prepare tools for NPI and other process changes.
Receive store and issue hand and machine tools equipment and supplies used in the manufacturing process.
Accurately maintain computerized records of all tools and equipment in inventory.
Inspect product received into tool crib for defects wear or damage and reports any issues to lead person or supervisor.
Repair service and lubricate tools and equipment as required to ensure tools and equipment remain in good working condition.
Mark and identify tools and equipment using identification tags stamp or electrical marking tool.
Requisition tools and/or equipment to replenish inventory of damaged or worn items requiring replacement.
Work effectively with purchasing department to maintain adequate tool crib inventory.
Perform preventive maintenance as required.
Assist in identifying issues and initiating corrective action processes as necessary.
Perform Safety Audit observations as required.
What you have:
Manufacturing experience
Excellent attendance and performance record
Top Candidates will also have:
Progressive promotional movement
Previous quality experience
2-years of manufacturing experience
Effective decision making analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of equipment materials methods and practices in our production process
Ability to organize and prioritize work
Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of changing situations.
Physical Requirements with or without reasonable accommodation:
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
Ability to perform repetitive operations
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Ability to work with arms extended above the head for extended periods of time

This is a 2nd shift salary grade L07 position starting at $25.92/hour (includes 8%-night shift premium)
Role requires overtime as needed to support business needs.
Shift: Monday-Thursday 5 pm - 3:30 am
Summary Pay Range:
