Manager Surgical Product and Brand Marketing

As a Manager Surgical Product and Brand Marketing supporting our Surgical Marketing team you will be trusted to shape and execute strategic marketing initiatives and drive brand performance for surgical products at our Benelux headquarters in Mechelen.
In this role a typical day will include:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and product development partners to align product strategy and lifecycle management with market needs
Defining and executing brand strategy promotional campaigns and tactical marketing plans within budget to enhance brand equity and drive sales
Leading market research efforts and customer engagement programs to uncover insights and identify growth opportunities
Monitoring product performance and external market dynamics using advanced analytics tools to inform decision-making
Ensuring all marketing activities comply with regulatory standards internal SOPs and Alcons Code of Conduct
WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:
Degree in Marketing Business or related field
5 years of experience in product or brand marketing within the medical device industry
Proven expertise in digital marketing e-Commerce and social media strategy
Strong analytical skills strategic thinking and ability to influence across teams
Fluency in Dutch and English required (French is a strong plus)
A passion for innovation agility in execution and commitment to excellence
